Kids Expo 2009 Hotel Information

Need to make a hotel reservation for the 2009 Kids Expo?
To receive special Kids Expo rates, you must book through the Kids Expo online housing system, Meeting Max.  Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.  To make a reservation, please click on the link below:

*Note: Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an email confirmation via Meeting Max.

Need to cancel or change your reservation?

• Please do not contact the hotel directly.

• For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meeting Max confirmation e-mail. 
• If you lost or deleted your confirmation e-mail, please contact Laura Senz, senz@visitmadison.com, 608-441-3957 or toll free: 800.373.6376 x 3957, and she can re-send it.
